* Specified exchange rate indices were calculated in accordance with the Instructions for calculating the Belarusian Ruble Exchange Rate Dynamics, approved by Resolution of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus ¹142 dated May 11, 2004 and may differ from previously published indices due to the change in number of coutries participating in the calculation and revision of the basic data. Geometric middlings are used in calculations.

** Effective exchange rate indices of the Belarusian Ruble are calculated using specific weight coefficients of countries – major trade partners of the Republic of Belarus in the total volume of the foreign trade for 2011.
